MB&G were looking to move premises and partnered with Activ to provide them with an improved telephony solution. Minimising downtime was integral to the move so Activ created a bespoke plan for MB&G which enabled them to keep their existing kit on their old premises whilst we set up their new telephone system with SIP trunking on their new site. As MB&G are planning to expand, this solution suited their needs perfectly as they are able to grow their number of connections within the telephone system whilst reducing the amount of downtime an office move could have created.

With over 100 lines to move and every user being given a brand new phone, this was quite the project! From the beginning we were put at ease, all our worries were addressed and the proposed solution took into account everything we had discussed as the project developed. The move of all the numbers at the same time was delayed multiple times by BT, but Activ managed the entire process for us taking away the stress. Getting to grips with the new phones for all our users was quite a daunting prospect, but Activ’s Systems Engineer Ray was a diamond – staying back late, answering calls and generally just being there for all of our queries! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Activ to any company looking for a new telephony solution which adapts to their needs.
